1. Transformation of Education and Career

In the past years, education has been designed to provide individuals with specific skills and to graduate individuals by giving diplomas with success grades in return for these specific talents. This process, which individuals had to take steps for their careers with the skills and diplomas they had gained, was the most important part of the educational setup. In other words, the concept of education was known only as schools and diplomas such as the above- defined. As countries develop and technology produces new ecosystems with people, education has ceased to be a concept that only includes schools and individuals. For this reason, there are examples that the world's most important technology entrepreneurs abandoned their education and succeeded. However, these entrepreneurs just left their university education halfway through their education life. They continued their education and career life by filling in this gap with other education instead of university education. After undertaking their entrepreneurships, many academics are recruited for the businesses they have established, and they continue their business life with the support of consultants from the outside. For this reason, successful entrepreneurs have left their university education within their education life, not their all education life. Today, it can be pointless or difficult to leave university education. But when campus education models are removed in the education model of the future, we will see that today's active entrepreneurs made this transformation 20 years before us.

When we look at the university education of technology software entrepreneurs, there are some leading example stories of entrepreneurs. When the entrepreneur quits university education in the first or second year, the loss is two or three years on a yearly basis. In contrast to these losses of technology entrepreneurs, in particular, they work on their own personal training models for the rest of their lives. In the rapidly changing and developing global world, it is no longer important for individuals to receive a certain number of educations in certain years. In order to change, transform and develop for this purpose, education models are designed for life. When it is looked on the basis of developed countries that attach importance to this transformation in education, innovation and entrepreneurs, it is seen that many new companies have been established, new brands have entered the market rapidly with enterprises and the economy is growing at this rate in a period of one or two years.

At the same time, distance education models are rapidly opening up for this reason. Distance learning solves all the problems of trainer, learner and all stakeholders, especially in time and place, and provides a contribution to the economy with a significant savings. In traditional education, individuals are obliged to receive education from the trainer chosen by the management decision of the state or private schools. In the new digital education models, individuals have a choice to select a trainer. The individual can make detailed research about the trainer to be trained, learn about their success, and most importantly, can make the best decision from the comments of the individuals who previously received training. Time is very important for human life. In new digital education models, it is a great advantage that individuals spend time for their education when they want. Individuals' starting education at the most appropriate time and with the most appropriate psychology positively affects their skill acquisition. In traditional education models, many and high-rise buildings built in cities are the primary responsibility of all world citizens in terms of environment. The time and transportation expenses spent to reach these buildings for education and the damage caused by these transportation vehicles to the environment are a huge climate problem. Most importantly, buildings that are used high and inefficiently cause a decrease in the social areas of people. It has great importance for the future of new smart cities and smart societies that individuals take time for education in any place and time in their daily lives.

Another difficulty of traditional education and especially the subject that affects the development of individuals the most is the educator. People conceptualized as educator, teacher or hodja were defined only as trainers in educational institutions. Educators in today's new smart societies extends beyond the continents in the family, social life, business life and internet technology. The world has become completely intelligent on all continents. Humans have transformed from hunter societies to smart societies. All done works now have a scientific side and discipline. Ideas that will provide added value for the whole world are implemented. Priority is given to ideas that will affect global life, not for a particular mass. Multidisciplinary specialties are needed to realize these global ideas within the scope of innovation and entrepreneurship. The theoretical knowledge that can be taken from an instructor in the traditional education system has no value today. More than one discipline, scientific studies, similar applications between continents and the need for many expert opinions have been the basic education method. For this reason, the movement in education spreads from the individual to the societies and to all areas of the society. With social education models as independent of time and place, the new educational ecosystems which are created by many more science paradigms, scientists and technology application entrepreneurs will shape the future.

Transformation is for people's development responsibility and sometimes it is for necessity. Corona flu, which was effectively experienced globally in 2019 and 2020, has increased the speed of transformation in education. The epidemic quickly changed private and educational life. Among the first measures, governments and private education institutions have switched to the distance education model globally. The distance education model not only saves the transportation time and costs spent for education, but also paved the way for the development of internet infrastructure and equipment. Technology and infrastructure studies were carried out rapidly. But the most important change is that the curricula in the new education model is transited from the classrooms to education in the living areas, from exam and homework model to project model, from individual education to family education model. Much more important is that educators and students are quickly adapting to digital technology.

This global change has increased the importance of information technologies. This new distance and online education model of the trainer and the student has stimulated both sides to arouse interest in research, analytical thinking, innovative perspective, new science paradigms. The replacement of standard curricula by dynamic and digital content has positively affected students, especially in choosing a new job, as the agenda of scientific studies is followed more actively and intensively. Thanks to new conceptual models and intellectual philosophy, each student started to think about his own career plans by feeling the change himself by means of the distance and online education model. In this context, the biggest problem of the traditional education model is the consultants or guides who think instead of students. Students will focus on solving real problems thanks to the communication and connectivity feature of internet technology, not the ready problems prepared by the educators. Globally, they find answers to global problems, especially all social and technological problems in the world. Students, who focus on current events and problems instead of traditional curricula, will stay in touch with the world. Thanks to this connection and online communication speed, their ability to make self-decisions will improve and they will be able to make the right decision for their career.

In short, career is a hierarchical process and road, which the individual progresses with the skills and experiences gained in business life after his education life and assumes new responsibilities by taking a position with his skills and his values added to the business. On this long road, respect increases in each of the steps of the hierarchical process. However, the place and importance of this hierarchical reputation in the career concept is seen in the business world, especially in corporate businesses.

“Usually when you do something, you want to achieve something; you get hooked on the idea of a result. Going from success to failure means that it is getting rid of the bad and unnecessary consequences of the effort. If you do anything in the spirit of absence of success, there will be a good quality in what you do. Therefore, it is enough to do something without special effort. When you make a special effort to achieve something, something extra gets into it. You should stay away from the extra things. If your work is good, you will be   unwittingly proud of it.  But this pride is an extra thing. What you do is good, but something extra has been added to it. So you need to get rid of that extra added thing. At this point, it is very, very important. But often we are not sensitive enough to notice this and therefore we go the wrong way.” (Suzuki, 2016, p.73-74)

Today, the desire to work in corporate businesses is decreasing day by day for new graduates. There are two most important reasons for this. The first is the rapidly developing entrepreneurship ecosystem. The second reason is that employees in corporate businesses cannot use their individual talents efficiently. In corporate businesses, it is the products, services, projects or results that are important within the scope of corporate vision and strategies rather than individual talents. Reaching the final goal by establishing think tanks with many more employees, short, medium and long term fixed goals are indispensable for old corporate businesses. For this reason, digital natives, that is, those born in digital technology age, focus on short, medium and long-term variable, most importantly global benefit-oriented entrepreneurship, instead of long-term fixed and result-oriented structures in corporate structures. For them, working in a more social and changeable life in the ecosystem of their generation, which their individual talents and their own decisions are much more effective, means staying in social life, actually not working at all. Digital natives have changed the concept of work as living rather than working. Working is like an activity in their social life.

This new working life, which is transformed into living instead of working, has forced workplaces, especially corporate businesses, to find a new solution to this issue. For this reason, the concept of corporate entrepreneurship was born. Corporate businesses focused on two important issues with this new entrepreneurship concept. The first is to keep the entrepreneurs in the company by equipping with the title of corporate entrepreneurs. The second is that businesses become investors in the ventures of entrepreneurs whose ideas turn into global projects, and even if they lose their employees, they add value to brand values thanks to the ideas of their former employees. This investment is not only profitability but also insurance for the corporate business to protect itself in the new digital business world. In the rapidly changing product, service, sector and market, especially with the increasing competition, the business can collect data from the market with the investments made in corporate entrepreneurs, and when necessary, it can be made product and service transformation.
